A person who gets afraid will move from that elegant state (mentioned in last week’s blog) into a high beta brainwave state of stress. And they’ll disconnect. They’ll come back to their body and lose the experience.

The more you relax and surrender into it the less you resist it. The less resistance there is, the lower your physiological conditions will be. So when it happens, we have to literally surrender and relax into it. And that sounds very easy but a lot of times it’s not.

It’s often more difficult than we think because it’s a very powerful frequency and the feeling that you have is a tremendous amount of love. If you can fully surrender to it (it’s not chemical, it’s electric) you can feel it in every single cell of your body.

You feel such a level of expansion and elation, you feel connected to something greater, you will want to have that experience again. So the next time you do that breath, you will have a stronger intention, you will have more passion and you’ll literally drive that energy up into your brain.

The side effect is that your body begins to change dramatically. Try to contract the muscles you use for elimination, front and back, lift those muscles up. Lift your pelvic floor, your perineum. Those are the muscles we’re going to use to contract energy related to the first centre. Pull your abdomen in and energetically draw your belly button towards your spine, this contracts the second centre where you begin to send the energy out of the second centre. By contracting your solar plexus and upper abdomen, you’re contracting the muscles that are related to those energy centres.

Inhaling through your nose while you contract the muscles brings the energy together and pulls the energy. Where do you want it to go? Right to the top of your head. Can you keep your attention there? Where you place your attention is where you place your energy. The idea is to close your eyes, inhale and at the exact same time that you inhale, lift those muscles up and in, with the intention of pulling the mind out of the body and liberating energy, pulling that energy all the way up into your Pineal Gland as you inhale, one slow, steady breath. Follow it from your perineum through your lower abdomen, through your upper abdomen, to your chest, through your throat, all the way to the top of your head.

And when you get to the top of your head, hold your breath and now squeeze those muscles a little bit more and just pump that fluid up against the back of your brain and hold it. And then exhale, relax, and feel.

In the beginning, when learning anything, as you know we have to practice it and it’s quite mechanical. But as you practice, it will become more intuitive and less step-by-step it will become one motion. So inhale at the same time, lift the perineum, squeeze the lower and upper abdomen. And as you inhale, follow the energy of your breath all the way up through your chest, through your throat. Keep inhaling through to the centre of your head. When you get to the centre, drop your shoulders, straighten your spine, squeeze those muscles a little bit more. Keep your attention inside the centre of your head and just push that fluid a little bit, compressing the Crystal’s of the pineal gland.

Hold for a few seconds and then relax and feel the energy lift. I find it best to do it without the distraction of any music, but some people get better results with music without lyrics but with drums or music that you can interpret as the movement of energy. If you feel the energy lift to your brain, don’t be afraid of it. It’s just the liberation of energy. With your eyes closed do it again, I would recommend five minutes in the beginning and work your way up to 10. If you do it properly you will generate a significant amount of energy.

We know that this process increases the amount of energy in the brain. It activates the autonomic nervous system and stimulates the pineal gland, all the right ingredients to have a mystical experience.
